  • Group Size: Private tours are priced as a full vehicle (10 seats). No more than 10 guests.

  • Pricing: $125 - $175 per person, depending on region selected, but priced as a full vehicle (10 seats), ranging from $1250 to $1750.

Customized Tour

  • Tailored private tour with the perfect itinerary for your outing.

  • Best for: Special occasions or anyone who wants a fully tailored itinerary.

  • Depart from: Northern VA

  • What’s Included: We design your perfect day, based on what you’re dreaming up - from wineries to lunch stops, photo ops, and more. Charcuterie is also an option.

Ride in Comfort

Our tour vehicle is a professionally maintained 15-passenger van — roomy, comfortable, and ideal for scenic countryside routes.

  • Climate-controlled interior
  • Comfortable seating for up to 10 guests, with plenty of elbow room for all. We cap each tour at 10 so it stays intimate and enjoyable.
  • Rear storage for charcuterie boards and wine purchases
  • Cleaned and safety-inspected before every tour

Pickup Made Easy

For public tours, we offer pickup and drop-off service at pre-defined locations, depending on the tour region you select and where you are located:

  • NorthSide Social, Clarendon

  • Ballston Metro

  • Mosaic District, Merrifield

  • Tysons Metro

  • Reston Metro

  • Fairfax Corner

Depending on which region you’ve selected, pick-up times can range from 8:30 - 10:15 AM.

Once you’ve booked your tour, pick-up locations and times will be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance of your tour departure.

For private and customized tours, we offer pickup and drop-off service at our pre-defined locations or we can pick you up at your preferred location in the following areas:

  • Arlington County

  • City of Falls Church

  • City of Fairfax

  • Fairfax County

  • Northern Fauquier County

  • Loudoun County

We’ll coordinate a convenient location for your group and confirm timing 48 hours before your tour.

Important Notes

  • Preparing for Your Tour – Bring your physical, government-issued photo ID (no electronic copies) — most wineries require it to serve you. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, stay hydrated (water provided), and plan to eat during winery stops — a fresh sandwich is included with your tour.
    You'll receive more details in the Guide to Your Tour information packet sent 72 hours before your tour.
  • 21+ Only – Our tours are an adults-only experience. All guests must be 21+ and bring a valid photo ID.
  • Board Presentation & Safety
    • Food Safety – Boards and sandwiches contain perishable ingredients and should be kept refrigerated until serving. Consume within 2 hours of removing from refrigeration (including travel time). Crackers and bread are packaged separately and should be added just before serving to maintain freshness.
    • Platter & Serving Utensils – Serving utensils are not included; please provide your own. Boards are presented on a disposable, eco-friendly balsa wood platter. An upgraded platter option is available for a more elegant presentation — just let us know when ordering.
    • Order Lead Times – For boards serving up to 14 guests, please order at least 3–5 days in advance. For large orders serving 15 or more guests, we require at least two weeks’ advance notice to ensure ingredient availability and accommodate special requests. We’ll do our best to honor last-minute requests, but options may be limited.
  • Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions – We can generally accommodate most requests for both the sandwiches included with your tour and any charcuterie add-ons. Please note any allergies or restrictions when booking. While we take great care, our kitchen handles common allergens and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
  • Outside Food – A freshly made sandwich is included in your tour, and charcuterie boards are available as an add-on for all tour types. Guests may enjoy a small personal snack or purchase food at the wineries, but please do not bring outside food on board. Some wineries have strict no-outside food policies — we’ll note these in your Guide to Your Tour provided 72 hours in advance of your tour start.
  • Outside Food – To keep the vehicle clean and compliant, outside food is not permitted on the bus. Each guest receives a freshly made sandwich with the tour, and charcuterie boards are available as an add-on. Food may be enjoyed at wineries only where their policy allows; some venues prohibit outside food entirely. We’ll note each winery’s policy in your Guide to Your Tour (sent ~72 hours prior). Medical exceptions (e.g., diabetes) can be accommodated—please email us in advance.

Duration

  • Tour duration: 8-11 hours, depending on which region you select.

  • Most routes visit 3 handpicked wineries. There may be exceptions for special or seasonal tours.

  • Drive times between stops are minimized and scenic

  • Pickup times are provided via email ~72 hours prior to the tour in the Guide to Your Tour information packet.

Ride Etiquette & Liability

A Thoughtful Ride for Everyone

  • Our tours are designed to be relaxed, intimate, and enjoyable for everyone. We ask that guests treat each other, the host, and our winery partners with kindness and respect. While we welcome good vibes and celebratory energy, we don’t allow excessive intoxication, loud or unruly behavior. Think cozy countryside, not party bus — we promise, it’s better that way.

  • Please note: All guests must be 21 years of age or older to participate in our tours.

  • All guests must sign a simple liability waiver prior to the tour.

  • We’ll send your Travel Waiver and day-of travel guide via email after you book.

Cleaning & Damage
Please help us keep the bus fresh for everyone. We kindly ask that you return the vehicle in substantially the same condition (normal wear expected). If we find that it is not returned in the same condition, the following terms will apply:

  • Excessive cleaning: $150 (e.g., spills, sticky residue, excessive trash).

  • Biohazard cleaning: $500 minimum (vomit, urine, blood, or other bodily fluids).

  • Damage: Billed at actual parts & labor + $150 admin fee; if repairs require downtime, $125/hour may apply.

  • Authorization: By booking, you authorize us to charge the card on file after we email photo documentation.

  • These terms mirror our signed Travel Waiver.

    These fees are rare—thank you for keeping the ride comfortable for the next guests.
