1. Service Details

I understand All ABoard VA, LLC is providing a gourmet charcuterie board for on‑site consumption or takeaway. Ingredients may include cheeses, meats, nuts, fruits, and other accompaniments.

2. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge risks including, but not limited to:

  • Food allergies or intolerances

  • Choking hazards from small items (nuts, olives)

  • Cross‑contact with allergens

  • Foodborne illness if not refrigerated/consumed in time

I voluntarily assume all such risks.

3. Release & Indemnification

I RELEASE AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS All ABoard VA, LLC and its employees and agents from any and all claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my purchase, handling, or consumption of the charcuterie board, including any allergic reaction, foodborne illness, or injury.

4. Acknowledgment & Signature

I HAVE READ THIS FOOD WAIVER, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND SIGN IT FREELY.

  • At times, some items may not be available. We will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative.
  • Boards and sandwiches contain perishable ingredients and are kept refrigerated until ready to serve and while traveling to our destination(s). Consume within two hours of removing from refrigeration.
  • Prepared in a commercial kitchen subject to Virginia inspection requirements. Not for resale.
  • All meats and cheeses are prepared and handled according to proper food-safety guidelines. Please consume at your own discretion.
