Tasting Fee Authorization & Refund Terms

(This policy applies to winery tasting fees only. For tour and charcuterie order terms, see the full Cancellation Policy.)

Effective Date: August 11, 2025

By booking a tour with All A Board VA, you agree to the following terms regarding winery tasting fees:

1. Authorization to Charge

By confirming your booking and providing your credit or debit card information, you authorize All A Board VA to charge the card on file for winery tasting fees after your tour itinerary has been confirmed.

2. Timing of Charges

Tasting fees will be billed in advance of the scheduled tour date, after your itinerary is confirmed.

Because tasting fees are collected on behalf of the wineries, they are considered a pass-through expense and are not subject to additional tax from All A Board VA. The total amount will vary depending on the wineries included in your itinerary and will be charged to the card on file in advance of, or on the day of, your tour date.

3. Refund Policy (Tasting Fees Only)

Tasting fees are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after payment has been remitted to venues or within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled tour start time, regardless of the reason for cancellation (venue rules may also apply).

4. Acknowledgement of Fees

You will be provided with a written or emailed summary of your confirmed wineries and the applicable tasting fees prior to billing. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that these tasting fees are separate from the tour price and payable in full before, or on the day of, the tour date.
