How Gift Certificates Work

Each certificate is personalized with the recipient’s name, your message, and optional delivery timing.
Gift certificates never expire and can be used toward winery tour bookings or charcuterie orders.
How to Redeem
The recipient may redeem the gift certificate by emailing info.allaboardva@gmail.com with their certificate number and the winery tour or charcuterie order they would like to book. We’ll apply the credit at the time of booking and send a confirmation once it’s scheduled.
If the total exceeds the value of the gift certificate, the remaining balance can be paid at booking. Any unused amount will remain as a credit on file for future use.
Gift certificates may be used toward winery tour bookings or gourmet charcuterie orders, never expire, and may be redeemed in full or partially over time.
