All ABoard VA Launch Party

Welcome and thank you for joining us to celebrate the launch of All ABoard VA - Tours & Charcuterie. We are so happy to have you!

Here’s what’s in store this evening:

7:00 PM Let the celebration begin!

  • Visit our stations to learn about All ABoard VA & why we’re so excited to launch!

    • Check-In: The Check-In station is at the bottom of the stairs, where you entered. If you haven’t already, please see the check-in hostess and grab your 2 drink tickets (for wine, beer, or non-alchoholic) and complete your 2 raffle ticket entries. And don’t forget to let the same check-in hostess know when you’re leaving, as we have a small gift for you. Please don’t leave without it!

    • Food & Beverages: Food & drinks will be served throughout the evening on the bar counters - help yourself & enjoy. You are also welcome to order something on your own from the menu. Just ask one of our dedicated servers.

    • All ABoard branded mural - Selfie Wall: Snap a photo & post it to social (if that’s your thing). If you do, please be sure to let the check-in hostess know and you’ll get a raffle ticket for your participation. Well done!

    • All ABoard VA branded map: Check out the 4 regions where we will offer winery tours in VA and enjoy the little added touches. When at the Digital Interactive station, hover over the region on the map to make your tour selection.

    • Digital Interactive Station: Choose from a number of digital experiences to familiarize yourself with what we're so excited to offer! And guess what? You've earned 1 more raffle ticket for your participation. Way to go!

    • Cheese & Charcuterie Sample Displays: Sprinkled throughout the room, under glass domed plates, enjoy taking a peak at some sample boards. They will be for display only, but we hope it gives you a flavor for what we can deliver for your next special occasion!

    • All ABoard VA branded postcards: Help yourself to a postcard or a few (and share with a friend)! You’ll see three kinds - one for the business overall, one for the Charcuterie part of the business; and one for the Tour part of the business.

    • Raffle Prizes on Display: Look for the Raffle Prizes on display - hope you have your lucky streak going this evening!

    • Meet our mascot and faithful partner, Franc: Franc started with us as we built our brand and is a key part of our marketing. Stop by and take a photo with Franc in life-size form. And yep, you guessed it! You've just earned another raffle ticket. You got this!!

    • Screen projection (continuous): Enjoy the footage from our social media posts, our trips to meet with the winery owners & managers, our charcuterie prep, our launch prep, and more.

8:15 PM Virtual Trivia Game (Round 1)

9:00 PM Virtual Trivia Game (Round 2)

  • Get set at 8:15 and 9:00 PM for a (very) short round of trivia to test how much you know about Virginia, wine & cheese! We will announce the start and the QR will display on the projection screen. Scan the QR, enter the password that we’ll show on the screen, and the questions will appear on your phone. If you choose to take on this challenge, 1 raffle ticket per game played will be waiting for you!

9:15 PM Raffle Drawing

  • The long-awaited raffle drawing begins. If you are not here when we call your name, do not fear. Your raffle ticket will have your name and contact info so we will be in touch if you are a lucky winner!

10:00 PM Farewell

  • Sincere thanks for joining us & for your support. We hope you enjoyed the evening. Reminder: As you leave, please stop by to pick up your gift at the hostess check-in stand at the bottom of the stairs.
